On October 9, at the United Nations in Geneva, Science for Democracy and the Luca Coscioni Association organized the "Science for Inclusion" meeting.
The debate, co-promoted with the American Association for the Advancement of Science and held thanks to the Permanent Representation of Italy to the UN, addressed some of the items on the agenda of the general debate on the right to science of the Rights Committee economic, social and cultural issues and examples of how much needs to be done to include more and more women in science and in particular in technology, engineering and mathematics and what is the global dimension of so-called rare diseases.
